​General Rates and Policies
(Does not include cabin rentals)

• Double occupancy rates: 
• $89.95 per night on Sunday through Thursday
• $99.95 per night on Friday and Saturday
• $15 additional per person, per night - Weekdays
• $20 additional per person, per night - Weekends
• $12 additional per child (under 12), per night - Weekdays
• $16 additional per child (under 12), per night - Weekends
• All rates double occupancy plus taxes & fees
• A one night deposit is required to secure a reservation with balance due in full at check in

• Prices are subject to availability & change 
• Holiday weekends subject to special rate and minimum two night stay.
• Leaf season (Late September to Late October) is subject to special rate and is crazy for getting reservations anywhere in the mountains if you don't book early.
• We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover

Cancellation Policy: Rooms cancelled within seven (7) days prior to arrival or no shows will incur a penalty of one (1) night's room cost (forfeit deposit).  

Cancellation Refunds: Refunds for cancelled reservations made with a credit card will be charged $15 or 10%, whichever is greater, per room reservation.  Cancellations for all others types of payments will be charged $10.



Pet Policy: We have one room that is pet-friendly. $20 additional per night, per pet.  $50 refundable deposit may be required.  Well behaved, pest free, house trained pets are welcome. Pet owners will be responsible for their pet and for any damage they may cause. Pets may not be left alone in the room unless kenneled. Pets are not allowed on the beds for any reason.  Pet hair and smell on the bedding will incur additional cleaning fee.  Pet must be kept on a leash while on lodge property unless it is in the guest's room. Our leash policy is flexible - please speak with management.
